Jocelyn AlbrizziJocelyn has a passion to help others and she believes she can do so through the science of cooking. She decided to attend the CIA to pursue her love for baking. While obtaining her Associates Degree she became fascinated with fermentation and decided to further her knowledge on the subject while achieving her Bachelors. Jocelyn continued her journey and toured throughout Spain to learn about their cuisine, beverages, and culture. After college she lived in Harlem where she worked in the Beverage Department for a Michelin Star Restaurant. Shortly after she teamed up with Loews Hotels in Orlando, Florida. Jocelyn was then accepted into the Loews Hotels MIT program where she could flourish and grow as a manager. After her six month rotation with-in the program she was placed as the Beverage Manager at one of Loews most prestigious properties, the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. in two short years at the four diamond resort she worked her way to the Assistant Outlet Manger.

Ross DerbyRoss became fascinated with cooking at a young age. He too enjoyed the science behind cooking and baking, so he enrolled at the CIA. After his associates Ross decided to take some time off to polish what he has learned in school. He lived in Vail where he worked as a line cook in down-town Vail. Ambitious to learn more about hospitality he went back to the CIA and Achieved his bachelors. During his time at school Ross went to Napa and Spain to learn about beverage and culture. Shortly after his graduation he moved to Orlando with Jocelyn where he held a job at Maddy's as a Bartender in downtown Orlando. There he learned quickly about high volume bartending and creating specialty cocktails. After a few months Ross decided he wanted to go into restaurant management in which he did at the Orlando International Airport. Ross joined the Cask and Larder team in August 2016 and worked as the Restaurant Manager.
